Calling all the High Street 5 Newbies!
This is the In Game Event for you! Develop your playing skills, make and meet new friends but the best of all win exciting prizes!
The Battle of the Newbies will take place every Saturdays of January, 2010 – every 4 – 6 PM.
January 9, 16, 23, 30 @ the Fantasy 1
Mechanics:
1. Players must be level 10 to 20 to participate on the event.
2. GM will announce the room and the password to the contestants on the day of the event.
3. The competition will be based on Single dance. Dance off Challenge will consist of 4 rounds a day.
4. Dance Mode: Single dance with either 4-key or 8-key.
5. Top 3 scorers will win the round.
Prizes:
1. 3 Diamond Treasure box 
2. 5 yellow grapes wine 
Rules, Regulations & Other Restrictions:
1. Players must be level 10 to 20 to be qualified.
2. Players who have a higher or lower than the required level will be kicked out of the room.
3. Players who have already won cannot join the event again on the same day.
4. All items and stunts are allowed.
5. Requesting songs are not allowed.
6. Contestants caught requesting songs will be automatically disqualified.
7. If the Player is LAG or gets disconnected, he or her round will be considered having lost the round.
8. Any use of botting or 3rd party software will result in the rule-breaking player being disqualified and life suspension of his/her account
9. Any doubt/dispute, Eaglegame International’s decision is final.

‘OptimizePkgSys.exe’ will help you reduce the size of the HighStreet 5 game client, and feedbacks from many players who ran ‘OptimizePkgSys.exe’ prove that it fixes the LAG issue as well.
So just spend a few minutes to run this program and you will enjoy a much smoother gameplay environment in HighStreet 5!
How to run ‘OptimizePkgSys.exe’?
1. Locate ‘OptimizePkgSys.exe' under C:/ (D:/,E:/ …)HighStreet5/ according to which drive you put your game client.

4. Wait a few minutes. When completed, click the ‘Quit’ button.
